I tried to capture the innocence and fragile state of any man and woman with this sculpture. Life may have turned us a bit, and some wounds may still hurt. But we are still standing strong.

THE FIGHT FOR FREEDOM
Very often life is a struggle, a fight. For who you are, what you believe in. This sculpture illustrates that inner fight for freedom. Never give up. Freedom is yours to have.
FREEDOM WITHIN
When I first made this sculpture she didn’t have the birds on her shoulder. I thought she looked sad in a way. So I started thinking about all those people who have so much great power, talents within. But they never seem to understand it. The birds illustrate what greatness this woman has within her. They rest calm and secure on her shoulder, they are safe in her presence. If only she knew what freedom and greatness that lies within her.
BACKSIDE
A gentle twist, a sudden one. A back can tell many stories. Whats yours?
TORSO
Strong and confident standing one her own. Many of my women sculpture cary a self-confidence i think is worthy of them. A woman is a remarkable creation. Be sure to look for it in every woman you meet.
WITH CHILD
The journey a pregnant woman goes through is life changing. Steel mesh is a great material to enlighten that strength and vulnerability that a pregnant woman goes through.
STRONG
Although this man looks strong, strength has nothing to do with muscularity. I often tend to depict other sides of the story. What do you think lies beneath this one.
THE WIND BENETH MY WINGS
This story came to me after i have had one of my exhibitions. I felt such an relief to be my self and express my thoughts. But also a wish for something more. Someone to carry me beyond.
