More information and Klarna’s full terms can be found at klarna.com.

3.         Business Purchases
For corporate customers, the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (köplagen) applies.

4.         Discounts and Agreements
Follow me on Instagram for current discount codes and campaigns.
Enter your discount code at checkout. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined.

5.         Ordering
Klarna makes the checkout simple and flexible. When your order is received, an order confirmation will be sent to your email with information about the expected delivery.
If you need to change the delivery address, phone number, or have questions regarding your order, please contact me.

6.         Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK).
VAT is included in all prices (25% for design objects and functional pieces, 12% for artworks).

7.         Delivery Time

Delivery time is normally 4–6 business days.
For customised or unique artworks, we agree on delivery time directly. This is normally 2–4 weeks.

If a product happens to be temporarily out of stock or if I am unable to ship your order within 4–5 business days, I will contact you.

8.         Shipping
All deliveries are sent with PostNord as “Skicka Lätt” or parcel service, meaning your order will be delivered to your nearest pickup point. You will receive a trackable parcel number and an SMS or email notification when your package is on its way.

Standard shipping in my shop ranges between SEK 59 and SEK 299.

9.         Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You may return an item within 14 days from receiving it, provided it is returned in its original condition. You may choose a full refund or an exchange for another piece from my collection. For private customers, the Swedish Distance Selling Act and Consumer Sales Act apply. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for ensuring the item is not damaged during transport.

Refunds for items returned in perfect condition will be issued within 14 days from the day the returned item is received. The product must be in new condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the item has been used, damaged, or modified.

Please contact me before returning a product so I can help you find a suitable return method. Be sure to include your name and address inside the return package.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal – Custom Orders

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made sculptures, as stated in applicable consumer legislation. To ensure that you feel secure in your purchase, I always send a photo for approval before shipping the artwork. If something is unexpectedly incorrect upon arrival, I will do everything I can to make sure you are fully satisfied.

 10.   Unclaimed Packages
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected in time, you are responsible for paying the new shipping cost.
Unclaimed packages do not count as exercising your right of withdrawal.

11.   Transport Damage
If the package is damaged or opened upon delivery, notify PostNord immediately when receiving the parcel. They have ready-made forms for reporting transport damage, and I will assist you in the process.

 12.  Claims
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is nonetheless damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, remedy the issue at no cost to you.

You must always contact us before returning a defective or incorrect product. Claims should be sent to art@johannaforsberg.se immediately after the defect has been discovered. Please include your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the defect.

If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver an equivalent product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping costs for approved claims.

We reserve the right to deny a claim if it is determined that the product is not defective according to applicable consumer protection laws.

13.   Disputes
In the event of a dispute, I follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
