The past three months I have had the pleasure of having some extra help in the studio. Ngun Zing Ligihr has been my help, friend and “fika” partner, but by the end of this week her internship period is over. In the beginning of her time here, we took turns on practicing swedish and cutting steel mesh. Now she is great help and above all a true friend.
Zing, as I call her, is from Burma originally and she and her husband came to Sweden 8 years ago. Through the swedish employment service (arbetsförmedlingen) we got the opportunity to have an internship period. I feel truly grateful for this time and I would recommend others to do the same. Who knows, it might end up with a lifelong friendship.
